1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using soulrecord.co (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any portion of these terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Service Description

Akashic Records Guidance provides access to spiritual guidance, intuitive readings, and informational content related to metaphysical exploration. The Service includes guided sessions, recorded content, and educational materials designed to support your personal spiritual exploration and self-discovery.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or benefits from your use of the Service.

3. Account Creation and Responsibility

To access premium features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• Ensuring your age is 18 or older to create an account

You agree not to share your account credentials with others or permit unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

Subscription Fee: The Service costs $39 per month.

Billing: Your subscription will renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Payment will be charged to your designated payment method on the same date each month. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all recurring and non-recurring charges.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and valid.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with thirty (30) days' written notice. Your continued subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. Continued failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period—you will retain access to the Service through that date, but will not be charged for the following month.

No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially unused months or services.

Upon cancellation, your account will be deactivated and you will lose access to premium content and features.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, design, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, and intellectual property included in the Service are the exclusive property of Akashic Records Guidance or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to guidance sessions, readings, educational materials, and branding elements.

Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use content for commercial purposes or public display
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title.

Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akashic Records Guidance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service, with the updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
